Chic Shoes From Ann Taylor

Hope you are having a wonderful week! I thought it would be fun to do a post to help get you through the work week and what can be more fun then shoes! Have you checked out these lovely pumps and boots from Ann Taylor? They are just too gorgeous to resist. Enjoy!

The pumps shown above are called the “Perfect Covered Platform“. They are so chic. I normally don’t like animal print shoes, but these are so beautiful. Just perfectly paired with that LBD.

Maya Tweed Platform Pump (Just Added)

These Tweed pumps are my favorite! I’ve never seen any shoes as ladylike as these. The chain detail just adds that little bit of something without making it look too busy. Just the right juxtaposition to the feminine tweed material. I originally saw these in a magazine a couple of weeks ago, which is what inspired me to do this Ann Taylor post, but they were not available online when I originally posted this. I am so glad they have it now! Wouldn’t these be amazing with a simple black dress, black pencil skirt or dress pants? They are sexy with out being too much for work I feel.

Abbey Lace Pump

These are the most beautiful and feminine pair of pumps.Very sexy, but subtle enough to also wear to the office.

Sofie Spectator Pump

I just adore these tuxedo inspired pumps. Aren’t they lovely? I think they would be perfect to wear to work.

Megan T-Strap Peeptoe Platform Pump

Another great pair of pumps to wear to work. I think these are very Madmen and would look great with a pencil skirt.

Lace Bootie

Aren’t these the most glamorous booties you’ve ever seen? They would look great especially with a cute dress for a nice evening out.

Pilar High Heel Bootie

There are unlimited possibilities for these booties. I would wear these with a cute dress and some leggings,  a skirt and a top, or even with skinny jeans. I really like the little buttons on them too. It gives a dressier look.

I almost forgot to mention that I received my Sephora online purchase in the mail today from their Friends & Family Sale last week. I will be doing a haul soon for it!

Wedge Boots for Fall

It’s Fall and I can’t stop shopping for boots! I’m sure many of you can relate. I normally dread the thought of having to put away my cute sandals and wedges, but I’m finding many cute pairs of wedge boots this season. It’s a nice compromise for me because I adore wedges so much. Here are some of my favorites. I’m not sure which ones I like more, the tall knee high ones or the cute ankle ones.

ANKLE WEDGE BOOTS

ASH “KIRSTY” SLIM WEDGE ANKLE BOOT – $222.75

BURBERRY GRAINY LEATHER WEDGE BOOT – $795

TWELFTH ST. by CYNTHIA VINCENT “KOIE” OXFORD WEDGES – $325

I really like how versatile each style of boots are. They both go perfectly with a pair jeans or  paired with a cute skirt or dress and leggings. Like these dresses below. You can easily dress them up or down as much as you like.

MADEWELL “DANCEHALL” DRESS – $158

J.CREW “DREAM LEXI” DRESS – $128

Are you guys considering some wedge boots this season also? Let me know which ones you have your eyes on.
